The hydraulic step-by-step overturning cooling bed is used to make the billet turn forward on the cooling bed, so as to achieve the effect of uniform cooling on all sides of the billet.

The hydraulic step turnover cooling bed is composed of transition cooling bed, movable rack, fixed rack and billet collecting device.

 

The fixed rack is supported on the foundation by beam and column, and the movable rack is fixed on the moving beam supported by four hydraulic cylinders.

 

When the four supporting hydraulic cylinders rise to a certain height, the movable rack drives the billet stored on the fixed rack to rise, and the half teeth at the front end of the movable rack hook the billet on the inclined slide to rise together. After the supporting hydraulic cylinder rises to the top, the two transverse hydraulic cylinders drive the billet forward. At the same time, the vertical teeth at the rear end of the movable rack push the billet stored on the billet collection device forward. After the required stroke, the supporting hydraulic cylinder descends.
