Turn

The lifting
type turnover cooling bed for Billet Continuous Casting Machine. The lifting
type turnover cooling bed includes a fixed toothed plate, a movable toothed
plate and a lifting hydraulic cylinder and is characterized in that a billet
inlet section is arranged at the front end of the fixed toothed plate and is
divided into a horizontal billet inlet section and an inclined-plane billet
inlet section; billets are fed from the horizontal billet inlet section and
then enter the inclined-plane billet inlet section; an included angle between
an inclined plane of the inclined-plane billet inlet section and the horizontal
direction is more than 21.8 degrees; gaps among teeth of the fixed toothed
plate are X; gaps among teeth of the movable toothed plate are also X; an
included angle between a toothed inclined plane of the fixed toothed plate and
the horizontal plane and an included angle between a toothed inclined plane of
the movable toothed plate and the horizontal plane are more than 21.8 degrees;
and the lifting hydraulic cylinder drives the movable toothed plate to move up
and down, so that the billets can automatically turn over. By the lifting type
turnover cooling bed of the billet continuous casting machine, a transverse-moving
hydraulic cylinder can be omitted; and a half of time can be saved during a
movement stroke; and the whole turnover cooling bed is simple in structure, the
manufacturing cost of the turnover cooling bed can be saved, and production
